Why can't you just put a price on the website?

We do — the whole price list is on the automotive page. What this form does is pick the right line off it for you, because the number turns on two things only you know: the year of the car, and whether anything still starts it. Every figure here already includes coming to you. There is no call-out fee added at the end.

What does 'all keys lost' actually change?

Everything. With a key that starts the car we are adding to a system that already works. With no working key the car's immobiliser has to be accessed and taught a new key from nothing — different equipment, more time on site, and on some vehicles a module has to come out. Same car, two different jobs, two different prices.

I have a key but it stopped starting the car. Which one am I?

That is its own answer on the form, and it is worth being accurate about. Sometimes a key has simply lost its programming and it is a quick fix. Sometimes the car has forgotten it entirely and the work is the same as all-keys-lost. Tell us it does not start the car and we will work out which on the phone.
